Try another browser or the eBay app. Preferably the latest version of a popular browser. If you are using popup blockers, script blockers or tracking protection, try disabling those on the sign-in or verification page.
If you are using a VPN, try disabling that.
If you are using privacy software like Disconnect or Ghostery, try disabling that.
You may be able to avoid a sign in loop by signing in using a social media account, if you have previously linked a social media account to your eBay account.

Same problem. Every time I attempt to revise or sell similar out of my scheduled or unsold listings I am forced to login. Then I have to do a verification that I am human only to be bounced back to the eBay home page to start the whole process over again.

Updated the Chrome for Mac, after restart logged in (with verification that I am human) successfully using Incognito mode and didn't got redirected to login page anymore (didn't worked before that).

I cleared the history and problem was fixed. However, I did call ebay and they did state there was a problem (in the morning). So I cannot be sure if I fixed it on my end, or if they fixed it on theirs at around the same time.
