Can't figure out how to reset my account to US

So, I can login to eBay.com using the same credentials as eBay.de. However, even when I order items off of eBay.com, any emails I receive from eBay is in German. How do I change this to English?

Although you have changed your address to the US, using the "View items for sale" link on your profile indicates that your account was registered in Germany:

You may have to contact eBay customer service directly to have your registration changed from Germany to the US.
