I notice you are registered in the UK, but you are currently posting on the US community board.
Are you having problems checking out on the US or UK site?
Is the problem with one seller in particular, or with multiple sellers? Is the seller in the same country as you are? Experienced seller, or new to selling?
Have you tried checking out using a different payment method (PayPal vs entering a credit card on eBay)? Or using a different payment source (credit card vs bank balance)?
Have you tried checking out via the eBay app? Or tried another browser?
