When is your site going to be fixed? I average about $900 a day in sales for the last 3 months. In the past 10 days your site is more than ever keeping my customers from checking out and sending offers.
I have only sold $220 in product in the past 24 hours and went 5 hours today at one point with no emails, no offers and no sales. I've been doing this full time for 19 years and now you have me highly concerned because this is the worst I have even seen your website. I understand you are working with paypal to fix these checkout issues but I have been calling in to ebay since Feb. 10th when I first started noticing these issues. Here it is June 25 and it's still not fixed.
When I call in one service rep will tell me there is still issues with the checkout and sending offers (which is verified by the number of customers and sellers complaining about this) along with many other issues and then I'll talk to another rep who did not even know that on the 15th your status board showed this problem and he stated he knew nothing about it.
The communication within your company needs to improve and your communication with us seller needs to exist. No communication is what makes all this mess even worse. The last rep I spoke to is calling me back tomorrow as he tries to get more information on what is happening. Thankful most know after looking at my account and seeing my average number that when I call in, it's because there is a serious issue.
Please get this fixed!!!
