Can't change location to France

Hello,

I created a new account but when they ask for my country and adress, I can't change it to France. The page refreshes and set it back to US. It only do that with France, when I try other countries, it works fine.

Could it be that you are on eBay.com a USA only site?   You will need to find a UK site.

It looks like your account has been suspended (not a registered user) and in that case you're not allowed to register or use a new account or any account on eBay. The problem may have been that your account was linked to another account that is suspended. 

However, you may just have needed to go to eBay France www,ebay.fr and register an account there. The address would have defaulted to France automatically.

@divwido, for the record, eBay.com is used by most global sellers around the world, if there is no eBay website in their own country. Around half of  all eBay websites are sub-sites on the ebay.com domain, anyway. It's not just eBay USA anymore.
