I have to use the shift button to access ebay and cannot convince the site that I am human. Seller Feedback is totally out of the question.

What does using "the shift button to access ebay" mean?

If you are having problems getting through the Captcha, make sure your browser is not set to erase cookies, you are not erasing browser cookies with a cleaner program, and that you are not blocking cookies or third-party cookies.

Try another browser as a test to see if that allows you to sign in more easily.
