US item not showing up in UK

I have some items and know they will also be successful in the UK, but when I go to  ebay.co.uk and ran a search on four words from the title - zero results. Even some older items aren't showing up? Is there a way to get them to show up?

What item number? And how are you searching, exactly?

There are many possible reasons why an item might not appear in a particular search. Some have to do with the way the item is listed; others have to do with the way the search is conducted. And there are also issues with eBay that can prevent items from appearing as they should.
