Can't get past security images to enter my account, can't use site map to contact ebay for help, wanted to talk to real person ebay rep to help me with this problem. Would appreciate a hand from someone, thank you.

Try a different browser to rule out a browser issue.

Sometimes security or privacy settings of a browser or add-ons can cause issues with verification. Ad blockers and script blockers, blocking cookies or third-party cookies, enabling enhanced tracking protection can sometimes cause problems.

If that does not help, there should be a contact link you can use. On the page where you enter your account password, use the "Need help signing in?" link, then choose the "Reset" option. On the "Reset" page, there should be a contact link specifically for users having problems signing in.
