Can't access drafts

 Hi there, full time seller here.

Unable to access drafts on ebay account on mobile on 2 other devices. 

All other functionality works fine. 

Can access it fine on my own phone, but both other devices throw this error message. 

Have tried signing out then in, restarting app, restarting phone. 

Also happening on my wife's ebay account on her device.

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app.

On affected devices, try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting the device, then installing the latest version of the app. This should ensure a clean install.

Can you access drafts on those devices by using a browser?

Same with me even when I delete app and reinstall same problem
