Can't accept offers with best offer. Software malfunction.

When I try to respond to best offer, the accept offer and counter buttons are gone.  I've had to use my eBay phone app to accept offers.  Any ideas why and when this problem will be fixed?

This has been happening on and off since 5/30/17 or so. Sometinges the buttons appear much later. Still, a nasty eBay bug that is a real time sink.

See the other posts about the "enhancement" you now have to click through on the bidders name to the second page to get to the button for accept or decline.

all that gets me is feedback scores, contact member--no help in accepting the offer

eBay is working on this. In the meantime: Click on the buyer's offer from the left-hand side of the offers page (the options are there, just in a different place).
