Recently when I select the GSP it doesn't appear in my listing. Occasionally I've tried to relist and it was accepted. If it doesn't take I have to add additional shipping options to sell internationally, which I've been doing for three years. With two separate sales this week to a buyer in Australia both listings had GSP but one I had to add additional shipping options. When the buyer won the items the first one went they GSP but the second purchase I had to snd direct.
went to eBay last week for help and was told I'd get a response in 24 to 48 hours. No response. eBay escalated request to Global Shipping Program - not sure what that means.
i've had several complaints, one by buyer in Canada who claims eBay was not honest in shipping costs. When the item arrived he had to pay $60 to get item (he was told by his PO that he could file a claim for refund but he chose not to. He was a Newbie and left a negative feedback for me when he meant it for eBay. He messaged me that he was very happy on my end? eBay did remove the negative. . One thing that bothers me is I don't see what customer is actually paying. Another case was opened thru PayPal which I didn't even see. Customer in Japan claims items received damaged. EBay investigated and ruled in my favor refunding me the purchase price and also refunded the buyer. Don't understand how all this could have happened without knowing about it in the first place.
Have spent four or five hours on phone with CS past week but don't feel anything has been resolved.
Anyone else experiencing this? Any advise on the best way to ship internationally?
