[have had this issue for 6 months. I can't figure why it does it to 80% of my
listings/offers/buyers, etc. A buyer either responds to my original offer with a counter, or a buyer send me an offer on my listing, and when I try to accept, I receive error message that says “oops something went wrong.” Couple months ago I was able to instead send a counteroffer back at their offer price or any price, and that worked, but then that option stopped working too! I opened a ticket 3 months ago, still no solution, response, nothing.
I have tried browsers, mobile apps, laptops, phones, nothing works. Installed, uninstalled app, you name it. I end up having to message the buyer, which can only be done via browser, not app, if they haven't bought from you nor are selling items themselves. Considering most buyers don't check their messages, I lose about 50% of those offers, as the buyers never realize that I reached out by message to tell them I can accept their offer. I don't know what else to do.
