Can’t accept a counter offer.

I sent an offer for a purse that I’m selling and received a counter offer which eBay is not allowing me to accept. Have tried everything.

Yes something is wrong with the accepting offers. I emailed ebay yesterday and i received a reply that they forward it to the IT department. I do not know what is wrong but i have had trouble with messages and feedback for my buyers. I have auto feedback for my customers as soon as they pay. For some reason it was not working. Maybe it is all the cold weather in the Country .LOL

Ask buyer their address. You only ship to 48 states...no PO Box and no APO bases. Could be an address thing.
