Online agent confirmed it is an eBay problem.  Suggested saving as a draft as an interim solution

If you are having an issue I would suggest reporting it to Ebay.  The more people report it hopefully the quicker they will fix it.  You can message them on their Ebay Facebook page...

EBAY support stated it's a glitch on their end and may take up to 20 days to resolve. We will be receiving a large order from PSA today that we've been waiting 14 months for. Perfect timing.
