I sold three listings to one buyer and they got combined into one order. I need to ship these in three boxes, but am only able to print two labels using the “Print Another Label” feature. When trying to print the third it says I’ve already purchased a label and it can’t generate another. I’ve phoned customer service 4 times now, was told tech would contact me which they apparently don’t do, and have now been told to wait another 24 hours hoping tech will fix the problem without speaking to me. Does anyone have a work around I can use today or a good way to contact the tech department? Don’t want to make my buyer wait any longer and jeopardize my seller reputation

Maybe try purchasing the third label off eBay. Stamps.com or PirateShip. And, yes, you'll grow old waiting for them to call you back.

Thanks for the suggestion! I checked these sites, as well as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Unfortunately it’s significantly more expensive to ship without the eBay discount so I would be losing money :(. I appreciate the info on the other shipping sites though!

If you have a PayPal account, you can print shipping labels there. Just log in and go to the Quick Links Shipping Label option. You also get the commercial shipping rate.

You can't put the copies of the same label with the same tracking number on different boxes.
The benefit having multiple purchases in one order is so you can combine shipping. By combining shipping, that means putting all 3 items into one larger package with one shipping label.
If you're shipping 3 packages, you need 3 different shipping labels with 3 different tracking numbers.
The purpose of having the label reprint option is to give you the ability to reprint if there's a paper jam or if you needed to replace an ink cartridge. DO NOT PUT REPRINTS with the same number on multiple packages!

BTW, the total cost of 3 separate shipping labels with 3 different tracking numbers is going to cost you more than one label on a larger box containing the 3 items.

Thank you for your reply, but I think you misunderstood what my issue is. I’m aware of appropriate shipping practices. Wasn’t trying to reprint labels or use the same label on multiple boxes. Items sold are 6 glass pieces and buyer requested them shipped in separate boxes for safety, which is why I separated the listings. I needed three different labels for three different boxes, which the buyer requested and paid for, even though shipping cost more. The items got combined into one order, which is fine, but a technical glitch wouldn’t allow me to print more than two DIFFERENT labels.

I’m fully aware of combined shipping and shipping costs. These fragile items required multiple boxes as requested by the buyer, as stated in my original post. This is about a technical glitch on eBays end, not my lack of shipping knowledge. Thank you again.

Thanks for the suggestion! Does this work if the order isn’t linked through PayPal? I’m under the new eBay plan where they handle all of the orders and payments independently of PayPal.
