Can’t Checkout or make offers

Today tried making offer from a seller and got a circle ⭕️ that goes round and round. Offer page never loaded. Added an item to my cart and went to checkout and it was working but when I used back button to go out and see what other items seller had. The checkout links were frozen when I went back. Clearing browser didn’t help.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

Try another device to rule out a device issue. If you have the eBay app on your phone, try that.

Try making an offer on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.

If you are having problems bidding or making offers and you are using Adblocker Ultimate, try uninstalling that add-on -- simply disabling it may not be sufficient.

Another user having this sort of problem has indicated that uninstalling Adblocker Ultimate allowed bids to be placed once again.

In the checkout cart section the “save for later”,  “remove” from cart and “Go to Checkout” blue button are dead links,  I click and nada. I can only checkout by clicking “pay only this seller”.  

I use a cell iphone, dont have a desktop. I don’t use apps. Not sure what adblocker is, dont think I dl’d anything. I do not wish to switch or try other browsers because of the difficulty; and, as this one has always worked before..most websites should accommodate any common browser.

Trying another browser (as opposed to switching to another browser) should not be difficult or take much time.

If you are using a mobile browser, an ad blocker is probably not the issue.

Whichever browser you are using, pick another such as Chrome or Firefox. Get the latest version of either of those for your operating system and install it.

Go to ebay.com and sign in, go to your cart and see if you can remove an item or save for later.

That might tell you if the problem is with your browser (or your particular browser settings, cache or cookies).
