Can not report “Technical Issues”

Can not report “Technical Issues” to eBay since absolutely “NO” box appears to type a message after you click on “Report A Technical Issue” !!!!!

Also, the “SEND” button appears “Gray Colored” and doesn’t work too !!!!!

You are correct; it's not working right now. It was working yesterday when I reported a tech issue.

Try again tomorrow, maybe it'll be back up and running.

Hi devon@ebay - can you get this reported from your end if functionality is not already restored by the time you see this?

Clicking the ? mark icon on the lower right of the page, selecting report technical issue, we get this:

Unfortunately it is still a problem devon@ebay . I checked 3 different eBay accounts on 3 different browsers to make sure. Thanks for reporting.
