The community forums are peer to peer not eBay staff. We would have no way in having a label brought to your house or what that item number is. 

If you need a label for a return or to ship something, you would need to do that yourself or take to UPS and buy/print it there. They are not going to bring a printed label to you.

eBay Item #s and Order #s are only 12 digits long - the # you posted is not an eBay number - are you certain it was purchased here?

What exactly do you need a UPS label for - what are you trying to do? No one will bring one to your house, but there are other ways to get a label.

Scroll to the bottom and Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chatbox that opens type AGENT at the bottom then press Send to bypass the bots
You should get the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you.
