As one other poster suggested here, it could be a browser issue. I have had the same issues using Chrome. I tried Firefox and it worked fine. Even as an IT Mgr for over 33 years, I still have not been able to determine the problem even after uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome along with many other things tried. Good luck!
