Can not "complete purchase". When I click on the "complete purchase" button it just pops back up and never finishes. This started yesterday. I have checked with PayPal, they say my account is fine. And said I need to check with Ebay. please fix this.
I had this problem this morning. I'm trying to make a purchase on Microsoft Edge and can't complete the purchase through paypal. Never had this issue before.
Same issue here. Just started last night. Unable to complete the purchase using PayPal, just keeps cycling back to the same screen again. Using Chrome browser. Never had this issue before.
Contrary to my expectations, turns out PayPal was the culprit. They said they "checked your attempt of transaction and noticed that it was being stopped by your account security as it detects a risk. Unfortunately we're unable to process the transaction and you may have to do it outside PayPal as option." Ended up having to pay using my credit card vs. PayPal. No explanation of what this "risk" was (higher-than-normal transaction amount?) or how to get around it or whether this is going to happen w/every transaction now or was a one-off.
