Can Not Purchase a shipping label on ebay

Trying to purchase a shipping label and fulfill an order this morning.  Using my desktop on ebay.com  Error message "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label."  Tried several different times. Rebooted, left and went back to site, closed and reopened browser.  We need a basic function like purchasing mail labels to be reliable.

Yes we do - this platform is too glitchy.

Have you tried printing from different browser, and do you get the same result?

Labels (most, not all) can also be purchased and printed from PayPal (paypal.com/shipnow) or sign up for a free service like PirateShip that integrates with eBay; be sure the tracking is uploaded to your order. 

The cost can't be deducted from your Pending Payouts however.

It's good to have a backup label source.

Are you having a problem with all labels or just one? Sometimes the problem is that there are too many characters in the address or its format is incorrect.

If the address is too long, utilize the extra address line for part of it.

You'll pay more, but yes you can buy your postage at the post office. If there is a problem with the address though, they may have no better luck than you.

You didn't respond to my question about whether you were having problems with all labels or just one. Did you check the address at the link I gave you? Are you creating your labels one by one or in bulk?

I print labels every day, and it's been so long, I can't remember the last time there were issues.
