Can Not Connect to EBAY

Every time I try to connect to Ebay it shuts down my computer.  How can this be corrected?

That sounds like a problem with your computer rather than a problem with eBay.

There is nothing about eBay's web site that should cause an otherwise normally working computer to shut down.
