Hello,
Twice now I've accepted a buyer's offer only to have them reach out to me and tell me that they're being invoiced for the full amount instead of the accepted offer amount. The sold price displayed in these listings is also displayed at full price (and not the price with the slash through it) so that those who are using ebay for comps are seeing wrong info.
I'm still working with the second buyer but with the first one, they saw the correct price once they actually clicked into to pay.
The two related orders are:
Old Gringo Star and Moon Boots
Order no.
295665905385
-and-
Dr. Martens Phina Boots
Order no.
295577728705
This creates frustration and confusion for the buyer and bad comparable data for sellers so hopefully it can be corrected quickly.
Thanks for taking a look!

Advise buyers to open their shopping cart and go to the checkout page. On the checkout page (before they pay) they should see discounts. If that's not happening, come back to let us know @katbuzzco. This is how it works for a lot of things, including shipping discounts/options.

I will do that thanks! The sold item is displaying the full price without the line through it (even though it sold on an offer) though, so I do think there is something going on.

Are you referring to the search view or your orders page where full price is showing?
In the search view, that's how it's supposed to appear. (After buyer pays you can see actual sold prices on offer listings through Terapeak for product research.)
