We are all aware of the numerous "glitches" that we have all been experiencing, but I was informed of a new one from some of my buyers this week and yesterday:
3. I also had problems last night trying to print a shipping label from both the eBay side or PayPal side - System Unavailable or Unable to Print Shipping Label. I informed the buyer of the problem and said I would work on it all night since I'm one of the few sellers that ship on Sundays (today), so now my eyelids are hanging below my belly button from lack of sleep but I finally got the shipping label.
I have another buyer who is unable to get through to pay at all, and I'll have to make other arrangements.
Has anyone else experienced the problems (#1 and 2) listed above?

I have not had a single sale since midnight last night when normally I have at least 10 items sold by this time of day. What is going on with Ebay today?

I'm beginning to wonder if they are blackballing me on purpose. At least I'm making sales locally. All the retail stores are giving my name out so I can bypass eBay since it's not working now anyway, but I'm still losing money (and so are they).

I've been having problems trying to pay my sellers. It has something to do with the shopping cart. Somebody please set me straight if i'M wrong but shouldn't we be able to combine a BIN with requesting an adjusted invoice? I am talking about committing to buy first. I keep getting Error No. 80000. I called eBay customer service and was told there is no such thing as Error No. 8000. I'm not blind; I know what I see. I gave up finally and paid seller in full and she was kind enough to issue me a partial refund.

As long as the seller does NOT require immediate payment for buy-it-now, then you should still be able to just "commit to buy" items individually and then message the seller to request the combined invoice. This comes in handy when the shopping cart is not working correctly.
If the cart isn't working, then it's best to ALWAYS ask the seller first if they give partial refunds. There are too many buyers running around paying in full, then trying to get the seller to give them money back if they want to keep the sale. You got lucky, dont expect all sellers to do that and don't hold it against them if they don't. Buyers don't always seem to always understand that the price they agree to pay is a contract.

I often message the sellers for that reason and thanking them for the purchase. This way it clarifies things. Many buyers do get confused, as you said about paying, so if you can catch them before they pay, it helps avoid having to issue a full or partial refund.

I have a buyer who cannot place a bid on an item ending today. He has tried a bunch of times and it always says my Paypal account is not linked to Ebay. I beg to differ. It certainly is linked. I checked on that and everything else I could think of. The prospective buyer has a 100% positive feedback record, so that's not the issue. Now that I see other people are having similar problems today I will tell him this. Can re-list so he can buy when the problem is fixed. Should I also call Ebay?
Thanks.

Thanks for your info. I have just spent a frustrating hour trying to find out what is going on.......no success....yet. After bidding on several items found that i was unable to do so. The sellers must be going crazy with lost sales and higher bids. This all started for me yesterday (Wed) Have tried and tried to get it straightened out. No Luck
I suppose, as they that misery loves company and i'm not the only one out there with this problem.
Come on eBay someone must have the answer to this.

You are replying to a thread that dates from 2015........so I doubt your problem is related to the ones discussed.........
You need a bit more description on the problem......"unable to bid"........it won't give you the confirmation page, you can't put in the amt, it never records and you just have the spinning wheel?
just as a general stab at it......you might try clearing your cache and if that doesn't work, another browser........
