We went out of our way to alleviate the buyer's concern. They agreed to remove the negative feedback, but couldn't revise it because they couldn't locate the revision request that we sent. They have messaged us clearly stating that they would like to revise their feedback, but they are unable to find the request because they are not very tech savvy. We have contacted E Bay customer service and explained them the whole situation. We are very disappointed because E Bay did not help us since the buyer had the opportunity to revise it when we sent them the request. Now, we are stuck with this negative that we do not deserve and E Bay wouldn't assist!!

Ask the buyer if they are willing to leave a follow-up reply. They can do that directly from the feedback page and hit the reply link.
