Buyer return falsely marked as delivered

Asking eBay's technical staff to step in.

Regarding eBay return ID 5286907748

eBay marked this return as 'delivered', while in reality the return shipment has never left ANDALUSIA ARBOLEAS,  Spain. We provided the buyer with a prepaid return label, but the buyer didn't ship and stopped all communication. You can validate the tracking number on Fedex website. Must be some sort of a glitch on eBay website.
