Buyer payments "pending" not showing up in my PayPal account - changed email address

I recently changed my email address in both PayPal & Ebay, both sites now show my changed email in my profiles.  Since changing the email address,  Buyer payments have not been going into my PayPal account.  The Buyers report that they receive an Ebay notice that the payment is Pending.  I have been able to pay my Ebay invoice, using the Ebay Seller Account "one time payment" option directly into PayPal.  I assume I'm not checking a box somewhere, any suggestions would be appreciated.  Kathy

The buyers payments will go to the email address that was entered into the listing.
You probably have your old email in the listing.
A paypal account can have up to 8 emails attached.
Add back your old email address to your PayPal account and you should be good to go .
