Buyer can't see listing, when returning to a listing they had previously purchased from. eBay app

I had buyers when returning to a listing they previously purchased from can only see the screen above. They are using the eBay app. There is no way for them to see the listing, drop down menus, etc. It seems to affect buyers who made a purchase on a listing more than 90 days ago. It's not limited to one listing and they are multi-variation listings. Work around has been to use a computer.

Similar to ALERT15039, but the issue is the buyer purchased from the listing more than 90 days ago that causes them to only see the thanks for purchase screen.

As of 2/28 This issue still exists on eBay Mobile. 

Buyers who come back after 90 days to purchase from the same listing, cannot see the drop down menus to purchase from multi variation listings. They have to log out of their account to add the items to their cart then log back in.
