Buyer Notes failing to display

I just had my third instance where I am having to resend a second item because a buyer says they attached a note to a purchase but on my end as the seller there is no note visible. And yet the buyer is able to show me a screenshot of their order with a note.

I'm not even sure I believe this photo. They had some pink mark blocking an x next to where they could edit their note? Is this just something they typed out after the fact?

Buyers can’t change what is listed. 
If you have two 4 foot lengths listed, they can’t say it needs to be one 8 foot piece. 

It would be nice to see the listing(s) that you are resending product for.

Put in the description either

"There are no modifications to this listing allowed"

or

"Be sure to send me a 'message' (message the seller) if you want this item altered"

In the meantime, for a $5 item-not worth fighting with a customer over- send them what they needed. 

Then, be sure to check your messages.
