Buy It Now is NOT disappearing after bids are placed on my items

I have items with Auction and Buy It Now options.  Even after bids, the Buy It Now does NOT disappear, and as soon as the Buy It Now price is reached, it sells.  This should not be happening.  Why isn't the Buy It Now disappearing?  Right now,  I have 2 items with bids, yet the Buy It Now is still there.  I just had two that ended, One had a bid, and yet someone else used the buy it now and bought it.  The other, the bidders ran it up to the Buy It Now price and it ended.  WHY IS THIS HAPPENING.  There is NO RESERVE on these auctions.

Odd. There are four categories where Buy-it-Now persists until bidding reaches 50% of the BIN price, but "Health and Beauty" is not one of those categories to the best of my knowledge, and it appears that the starting bid on one of your items is currently above 50% of the BIN price.

Hi, I just had one auction that ended in the Health and Beauty Category, and the bidding started at $65 which was the opening bid, and when it got to the Buy It Now price of $85.00, it ended.  There were 3 bidders, and if the Buy It Now had been removed after the first bid, it would have brought more than the $85.00.  I have contacted Ebay several times concerning this issue, but no one has any authority to fix anything, so it continues this way.   I don't understand why Ebay does not fix problems any more, but passes them from one representative, to another, who know absolutely nothing, except - THE BUY IT NOW SHOULD HAVE DISAPPEARED.
