Last week I had both Buy It Now and Auction listings up. In my auction listing I had a Buy It Now option and a customer messaged me and said when he tried to buy it that eBay said I was on vacation. I checked my settings and I was not on vacation and CS verified that. They said that it's more than likely on their end and they should call eBay directly. Someone bid so that option went away and I didn't think anymore of it.
Then after my 7 day auctions ended I get another message from a customer saying they tried to purchase an item, but it said I was on vacation and to try again later. I decided to click Buy It Now on my listings and it says that for all of them. On the phone with eBay for a combined 3 hours and they sent a ticket to tech support.
How many customers did I lose because they tried to buy and got that message and moved on?!?!
Anybody else experiencing this glitch?
