It won't bulk select and it won't let me individually select multiple items and perform a bulk action such as edit. I can still individually edit listings but I can't send offers even individually. I can send counter-offers if I receive an offer.
Since various aspects of this are being reported by multiple users using a variety of devices it obviously isn't a problem specific to PC/MAC/Android or browser and originates on eBays end. The list of alternate and direct links being posted in reply to others reporting this problem either do not lead to a page where these functions can be performed or they lead to the exact page where the problems occur so it's a waste of time and less then helpful to be spam posting it.
