Here's the steps to recreate:
Go to your own listing.
Change the shipping information to check how much it would cost for another country (for example, France).
After doing that, every time I search for items using the search box my user country of origin is set to France (as if I'm in France). So the listings searched for are quite different.
To fix it I had to go back into one of my items, ask for shipping to my current (California) location, and then when I returned to search for other items my country was correctly identified.
Frustrating.

yep, that's the way it works..............uses your sign in locaton as default, but if you change it, it doesn't default back to the original location.............until YOU change it back.......
