I noticed an issue where the app freezes. Whenever you click on an Item Description on the iOS Ebay App, use the swipe down geasture to close the description the app freezes and becomes not clickable anymore. Please fix this issue.

Check to make sure both your phone's OS and your eBay app are up to date. Reboot your device. If that doesn't fix the problem, file a tech report with eBay.

Options through the app:

1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
