Hi guys and girls, I put 4 listings and all of them I selected the "Stand out with a bold title in search results" and eBay ofcourse charged Seller Fees for that I can cleary see how much I need to pay and non of the 4 listings is BOLD, what is happening here? How can I fix this? I am selling some normal items and a very expnesive item that should be BOLD, yet it is not and that is a big problem for me now...

How can I report this to eBay and how can they fix this, I saw also other communty theads with the same error?!

I added my listing so that you can see how the title is in normal text....

You need to cal/contact ebay (go to help/contact at top of page) and get them to refund on this.......there have been scattered reports that the Bold is not working.........

Yeah thank you for that, but that doesn't really fix the problem totally right? Isn't there a way that they just bold it themselves? Since that listing really needs to be in bold anyway.

So basically I called eBay support, since the option that they call me does not work because I am from Europe. They guy at call support didn't know anything, poor kid knew less about eBay then me.

First of he told me tha the extra option I payed for works to enhance search so it offers the listing to more people, since when did "BOLD" option do that? I told him how I sell on eBay for some time and I used that option before for a long time and that I knew how it woreked and that it's not showing now. So I ask did eBay change that option to work differently? He told me NO! So if it's NO, why the f**k am I not getting the same easy to spot BOLD TITLE, afterwards he told me that my free shipping text on the listing is bold and that maybe that is that, are you jokeing me?! Really, what type of troll support was that? And I wasted 25$ on a internation call to fix the issue! So far it didn't help, I lost money and that is the great support I got, I am extremely furiouse and the sad part is I will need to pay for each of those listings that I put extra bold option and didn't get anything from it. Small guy 0 - 1 eBay Great job...
