I just received a return from a buyer I had blocked long long ago. The item was returned with a note stating the item was fake and not floss, and she had wanted something else. I have plenty of the "something else" listed but she chose DMC Retors #4 floss. DMC Retors floss is what she purchased and that's what I sent. She obviously can't read or look at pictures stating and showing exactly what the floss was. She did not go through Ebay to return this package and did not send it back in the original packing, or even notify me she wanted to return it. I went to block buyers list, put her in and it was rejected. Looking through the list, her handle was already there, and that's why it would not accept it. WHY was a blocked buyer that I must have had a run in with before allowed to bid on my stuff???

I have had the same thing happen to me! Just had something bought by someone on my blocked list. Never paid for it so back to square 1. I read the feedback on this person and he is a well-known offender. Lots of ‘positive’ feedback (as you can’t give negative), but with very negative comments on many of them. Obviously it’s nearly 3 years since you put on your comment above so eBay have done nothing to resolve the issue.
