Blank page when printing a returns label

When I print a returns label the page prints with a blank square box but no label

Do you have the option of printing to a PDF file? If you do, try that, save the PDF file and see if it will open and print from Acrobat Reader.

I am having the same problem.  did the download a label as well, and when I open that, it is blank too.  Tried to print off the blank page thinking the data was there, just not viewable, and nothing printed on the page.   Any advice?

Does the label look the same if you try starting with a different browser?
