Bidder messages me: "Sir i'm currently bidding on the ***** and while your site also shows ***** it won't let me bid on it? Shows pending listing? I would like to be able to bid on this also can you help?"

After some head-scratching I finally deterined that the "Pending" listing he was looking at was not scheduled to go live for three more days.

HOW IN THE WORLD COULD HE SEE IT?

I think I've seen the same thing from the seller's perspective: I was looking at a live listing of mine, and noticed that in the row of "similar" listings that eBay (somewhat annoyingly) puts across the bottom of the listing that one of my own queued, pending (but not live) listings was showing there!?! Clicking on it gave me a Not Found page. I finally decided it was just more sloppy coding on eBay's part, and ignored it. I had no idea that others could see it too.

Possibly related: One of my completed listings has a link at the top for "The seller has relisted this item" even though the relist is scheduled to start 3 days from now. Fortunately, the link goes to an error message rather than to the new listing.

Hi @checkit, this definitely sounds like something unusual is happening. I recommend you contact customer service with the specific item numbers as examples so we can recreate the problem and get it reported to our technical teams as soon as possible!

I use the "Sell Similar" function extensively. There are so many buggy features and errors on this screen and I have detailed via Feedback exactly what the problems are over and over from clear back when it was in Beta. After all these months none of the problems have been fixed. Great suggestion trinton@ebay, but I have to say that eBay literally does not pay me enough to do this.
