I have been using the best offer feature for about a year now and have loved it. However, today when I try to add it to my new listings I can either not find the option (buy it now only, no best offer: On PC) or on the app I make the selection for best offer and select "minimum offer amount" and then before I can "list" it ghosts me and defaults back to no.
Is this an Ebay error, some kind of restraint on my account (though I can't think why! I have great ratings and shipping times), or just a fluke?
