Background removal not being saved

When creating a new listing, everything works as normal, but when I used the background removal tool,  and publish the listing the photo reverts back to the image before the background was removed. How can I fix this? It happens on all my devices...ipad, ipad mini, macbook, phone...

I have already deleted the app and reinstalled it with no change.

If you haven't done it yet, shake your device while the app is open to file a tech report, or if on a browser click the ? icon lower right of page.
