BULK LABEL PRINTING ERROR

Since last Friday October 8th I keep getting an error message when trying to access the Bulk Label Printing Option, I have several orders ready to be shipped but I cannot print the labels.

Printing labels individually it is not an option since I need to meet the time frame of 1 business day; also the postal office it does require to provide them with the scan form otherwise my packages will be received but not scanned due to the amount of packages I'll be handing to them.

I need assistance ASAP.

What is the error message and when does it occur?

As a backup you might want to open a free Pirate Ship account.  It imports directly from ebay, uploads tracking and prints a scan form.

Did you sign out then sign back in?

Did you try a different browser?

Can you bulk print thru PayPal?

Did you try a different electronic device?

Maybe the tech savvy @eburtonlab can help LOL

Unfortunately I am not a seller, so I have no first-hand experience with bulk label printing.

Sames issue. About 2 weeks have passed since I first noticed this problem. I contacted eBay at the time to report the problem, they didn't provide a solution so far.

My second account works fine thought, it is just my main account that is having problems.
