The condition codes for category for Enterprise Firewall & VPN Devices all of a sudden changed. It has adjusted my Seller Refurbished listings to Brand New which is causing us to get RMAs. I have noticed that this change has affected all of the other sellers posting in this category. There was no update in the change logs stating that this category was going to be affected by a condition code change. I would recommend reverting them back as the condition codes that it has changed to does not reflect the industry and keeps everything consistent in the Computers/Tablets & Networking category.
