Automatic relist checkbox for auctions is gone

Automatic relist checkbox for auctions is gone..has been for a few weeks now.

Have contacted ebay about this, and get a different answer each time. Here are some:

-- Try a new listing and see if you have the checkbox  -- (no)

-- We have a problem with our system and will get it fixed  -- (hasnt happened)

-- You have been selling for too long, so we removed the checkbox . -- (incorrect. my other ebay account has been selling for years longer and still has the check box)

-- We have no idea why this is happening, sorry.  (yup. you are)

Anyone else see this, and/or a fix for it?

Yes I have experienced this for the last week or so.

have you called ebay to report it?

They have done nothing to fix mine for weeks now.

Yes, I had a similar experience. The answers I got were:

- Try it several different ways and wait inbetween each try while I put you on hold.

- You are above standard seller so you no longer qualify for this feature.

- It is a known issue but I have no information about it.

- It is a known issue and I will use my supervisor's email to report it to IT.
