Automatic Relisting Not Working Today

None of my item automatically relisted today.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Is today the anniversary date of all your listings? You originally listed them all on the same date?

Some of my items have relisted and some listings (28) have just disappeared completely. They are no where to be found. Very strange.

Me too, some listings I had just disappeared as well.

People contacted me that had the highest bid & I dont know what to say or do.

Are you talking about the automatic relisting up to 8x on auctions?  I have had that happened-- that an item was to auto renew and it just doesn't.  Usually, it's only one item.  I can never figure out why.

I've don't think I've had all of them not auto new.  That's a shame because you used a listing and it only lasted a week.  I'm not sure if CS can help or not.

For several weeks, my listing new item page has no checkbox for automatic relisting, nor the return options section. As a result, I have to relist every item after the 7 day auction period is up.  I have spoken with 3 persons from the Help Number, and two of them told me it was a known issue but had no information on when it might be fixed nor how widely the problem was occurring. This still occurs whether I use Chrome or Firefox.
