Automatic Bidding

Automatic Biddings as a process is not available for all the items in my ebay account , Also the option Enter The Max Price or Bid is not appearing in my board . 

Any suggestion or help ?

All bids on eBay auctions are treated as automatic bids.

To enter your maximum bid, simply type the number into the bidding field.

If you are having problems bidding on the bid history page, try bidding on the item page itself -- both entry fields are treated exactly the same despite any layout differences.
