A buyer and I are trying to resolve a shipping-damage issue, and we are finding that no photo attachments from either direction are being received by the other. I've tried the classic message UI in addition to the new UI. My own attachments show up as visible to me.
I have tried with Firefox and Edge. No information about Buyer's end.
Is this familiar to anyone? Any tips/tricks/suggestions?
