Hello.
When I attach an image to a message, I always send a copy to my personal email to make sure the image has gone through correctly. I've never had a problem until last night when I tried to send the same image three times and it never went through. (The message went through, just not the image.)
I tried again this morning, making sure that the attachments were in jpeg format, but images are still not coming through with the message. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have discovered this yesterday when sending a photo with a message. Customer was not getting the photo. Tried several times and still no photo. Went to my sent messages and no photos were attached to the messages I sent. Must be a technical issue.
