Can't seem to press on Views (30 Days) to sort the listings by the (number of views), there is just an (i) with a circle and it pops up an info message.
I can sort all other columns except for Views (30 Days).
Firefox and Safari both having this issue.
Are we not allowed to sort by Views (30 Days)?

I have both Firefox and Safari I’m not having any issues that you are seeing. Make sure your browsers are updated. Try clearing cookies , cache and browsing history.

Thanks. That's wild you are able to do that.
I've heard that it's a possible roll out for some and not others?
I will try on my mobile device and another computer and see if it's doing it there as well.
Thanks.

I’m currently using Firefox on a windows 10 PC and Safari on my iPad.
I’m not aware of any sort of random rollout.
I’m in this forum often, yours is the first I’ve seen to have this issue.

On some selling pages it is possible to widen the column by grabbing and dragging the column divider in the heading. That might reveal the missing sort icons.
If that does not work, try changing the zoom level of the page using Control-plus or Control-minus (if you are using a PC).

I just wanted you to know that you are always very helpful, thoughtful and sincere when you reply to me and other people. I really appreciate and value your responses. Thanks eburtonlab.
The zoom level I thought was the culprit, I do have it at 133% and went back to 100 and even 75 but still no arrows. I tried the column divider dragging and still no arrows. It's rather strange tbh and seems to be account related more than my Macs or PCs?
I will try on different computers and see if its account related more than our Macs/PC related.
Thanks

Thank you for the kind words. I wish I had better suggestions for you to try.

Just an idea...try selecting Customize table and remove the views column. Wait a few minutes, and then add it back.

Great suggestions.
I reset the columns and also took off and added them all one by one and the Views still doesn't trigger the arrows to sort.
So weird! I think this is account related more than browser or my computer. As I tried on various computers and same result.
Wonder why my account isn't allowed to sort by views?
Thanks for your suggestions nonetheless.
I will contact help tomorrow and ask them.

So an update:
Contacted support and they said its an issue on some accounts and not something wrong with my browser or computer(s). So I guess some accounts don't have this capability enabled and some do to sort by Views (30 Days).
Very strange. Support said they will try to fix this.
They did send me to this link (https://www.ebay.com/mys/active) to do a work around fix to it but I am looking for a sort by views in the areas mentioned above and those are confirmed by support that its an account based issue for some users.
