For the past month or so when I respond to a customer's question I never hear back from them. I don't know if there's something wrong with Ebay's email service too, besides all the other things that are happening. It's just strange that I get no response at all after I send my response, this has happened multiple times. If my messages aren't getting through to the customer that just makes me look like a bad unresponsive seller. Just wondering if other's are noticing this.
