One of my listings just got flagged by the system because I put a URL in the text for a database where the buyers could cross reference info about the item, and the system assumed I was trying to sell in another place.
When I hit "RESOLVE" I get three options - start appeal, end listing and revise listing.
I would GLADLY revise and delete that URL, but I can't - that option takes me to an error "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REVISE ENDED LISTINGS."
I would GLADLY choose "end listing" and relist without the URL but I can't do that either, I get "end listing failed."
When I try to appeal, I go there and type in my reason, and when I submit I get:
"Appeal submission failed Appeal submission failed due to a system error. We are currently working on resolving the error and apologize for any inconvenience. Please try again later."
The entire situation is beyond ridiculous.
